President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kofoed is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Willowstick Technologies, a technology company that maps, models, and predicts groundwater paths and patterns.

Mr. Kofoed has been involved with Willowstick Technologies from its conception.

His major responsibilities include directing Willowstick’s engineering operations, developing new technology, building and testing Willowstick instruments, ongoing research and development activities.

Mr. Kofoed possesses over 30 years’ experience and has provided technical service and consultation for numerous water resource projects and clientele. Prior to joining Willowstick Technologies, Mr. Kofoed spent 20 years (1984 to 2004) with SEI (a civil engineering consulting and survey company) where he served as a principle engineer and Vice President from 1987 to 2004 helping guide the company from four employees to almost 200. His primary role was Director of the Water Resource Division. He also managed corporate resources ensuring that projects were completed within the established schedule, budget and meeting SEI’s quality control processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Mr. Kofoed holds a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and is a registered professional engineer.

Director of Finance

Bryan Karren has been with Willowstick Technologies since July 2007. He is Director of Finance at Willowstick Technologies and prior to that was controller of the company. He is also a leader of Amp Capital Partners, the majority owner of Willowstick. Prior to joining Amp, Mr. Karren was Controller of Knight Avante, a manufacturer of child play areas for shopping malls for six years. Mr. Karren is a CPA and has a BS in Accounting from Utah Valley University and an MS in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Blanchard possesses over 20 years’ sales management experience and served in various management and executive positions within the construction manufacturing and environmental containment industries. Prior to joining Willowstick Technologies, he served as Director of Sales, North America for GSE Environmental from 2011 to 2015. His global experience is extensive. Serving as Vice-President for Agel Enterprises from 2008 to 2011, Mr. Blanchard developed and executed strategies to enter global markets including South America and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Agel, Mr. Blanchard served in several management positions for Hilti Corporation from 2001 to 2008. His positions included Regional Sales Manager and Market Manager. Mr. Blanchard holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Investor and Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Magleby is co-founder and for the past 15 years has served as Managing Partner of Amp Capital Partners, a private investment company based in Draper, Utah. Amp has been in operation since 2001 and has made 15 investments totaling over $60,000,000 of capital provided from its founding partners. Amp has co-invested with many successful investment companies including Kleiner Perkins, Oak Investments, US Venture Partners, Highland Capital, Crosspoint Venture Partners, Sorenson Capital and Newscorp Corporation. Prior to Amp Capital Partners, Mr. Magleby was a co-founder of Cysive, an internet consulting company that went public in 1999. Prior to that Mr. Magleby held a variety of sales and sales management positions at PRC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Black and Decker, for two years and Oracle Corporation for five years. He has a BS and MS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
